Who's pryscilla?
Pryscilla Balladares is an Ecuadorian-American creative artist living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Deep within her bones, she is a storyteller. She likes to explore womanhood, gender roles, and identity. Her art practices include writing and collage making. Each piece is a reflection of who she is, was, or hopes to be.
Pryscilla is a co-founder of Heard Space, a multimedia performance arts collective. Their productions are led and produced by womxn of color. She serves as the Creative Director for Miltown Vicious, a Milwaukee inspired streetwear brand. The brand sells merchandise, highlights small business owners, and tells the story of the people who live or lived there.
Her hopes are that whoever encounters her art, that they feel connected, loved, and seen.
